Founder & Principal, Fab Stanghieri Advisory Services Inc.

Fab Stanghieri is a seasoned executive and business leader with more than 30+ years of experience driving growth, innovation, and strategic transformation across the media, real estate, and digital sectors.

After a distinguished career at Cineplex, where he held senior leadership roles spanning Real Estate, Business Development, and Digital Media, Fab now leads Fab Stanghieri Advisory Services Inc., providing strategic advisory services to organizations looking to scale, evolve, and compete in rapidly changing markets.

During his tenure at Cineplex, Fab most recently served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Cineplex Digital Media (CDM), where he was responsible for defining and executing the division’s strategic direction. He played a key role in expanding digital-out-of-home networks, developing innovative client solutions, and driving growth both domestically and internationally.

Earlier in his career, Fab served as Senior Vice President, Real Estate and Construction, overseeing all aspects of corporate real estate and development, including new builds, acquisitions, and large-scale renovations. His leadership helped shape Cineplex’s national footprint and long-term growth strategy.

Fab is widely recognized for his ability to connect strategy with execution, build high-performing teams, and identify new market opportunities. He remains actively engaged in the industry and brings a forward-thinking, results-driven approach to every client partnership.

Fab is also Chair of the ICSC Foundation, where he provides leadership in advancing the Foundation’s mission to support industry education, scholarship programs, and professional development across the commercial real estate sector. In this capacity, he helps guide strategic initiatives that foster the next generation of industry talent and strengthen the long-term growth and impact of the global retail real estate community.
